MIMIC is a nic0tine-free, aromatherapy-inspired device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Not for use by persons under 18.

3. Orders & pricing
We may limit/cancel orders and correct pricing or stock errors.

4. Payments
Secure payments are processed by third-party providers (Yoco/PayFast). By purchasing, you agree to their terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping & risk
See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes on delivery to your address.

6. Returns
See our Refund Policy for returns, refunds, and exclusions.

7. Acceptable use
No resale without permission, no unlawful or abusive use of the site.

8. Intellectual property
All branding, copy, and artwork remain the property of MIMIC air.

9. Limitation of liability
We’re not liable for indirect/incidental damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
