Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your MIMIC Air purchase. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.

Returns & exchanges

  • You may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Due to hygiene, opened refills or used devices can’t be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

  • If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at info@mimic.co.za within 48 hours (damaged on arrival) or within a reasonable time for faults.
  • We’ll troubleshoot first. If needed, we’ll replace or refund once the item is returned and assessed.

How to start a return
Email info@mimic.co.za with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description. We’ll reply with next steps and a return address.

Refunds

  • Refunds process to your original payment method once we receive/approve the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a mistake.

Exclusions
Sale items, free gifts, and opened consumables (refills) are not returnable unless faulty.
