Where we ship
We ship across South Africa via door-to-door courier (no PO Boxes).

Rates & timelines

• Standard Courier: R150
• Free Shipping: orders R1000+
• Major centres: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–7 business days
  (Estimates begin after dispatch; you’ll receive tracking by email.)

Processing times
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). During launches/sales, allow a little extra time.

Delivery issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but missing, email info@mimic.co.za with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Address errors
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Re-delivery due to an address error may incur additional courier fees.
